Matthew chapter 13

Verses 18-23:

^.18Therefore you must hear the parable of the (person) having sowed: ^.19 (during) every-person hearing the word of the kingdom and not understanding, the evil-one comes and catches-away the (seed) having been sown² in his heart, this-person is that-which (was) having been sown beside the way.

 ^.20But that-which (was) having been sown on the rocky-places, this is the (person) hearing the word and immediately with joy receiving it ^.21but he does not have a root in himself but is temporary, and (after) pressure or persecution having come-to-pass because-of the word immediately he is caused-offense.

 ^.22But that-which (was) having been sown into the thorns, this is the (person) hearing the word and the anxiety of the age and the deceit of the wealth strangles-together the word and he becomes fruitless.

 ^.23But that-which (was) having been sown on the beautiful earth, this is the (person) hearing and understanding the word, who indeed bears-fruit and makes indeed that-which (gives) a hundred, and that-which (gives) sixty, and that-which (gives) thirty.”

Mark 4:13-20

And he says to them, "You did not know this parable - and how will you know all the parables? The sower sows the word; but these are the (people) beside the way where the word is sown, and whenever they may hear immediately satan comes and lifts the word, the (word) having been sown into them; and these are the (people) on the rocky-places being sown, the (people) whenever they may hear the word immediately with joy they receive it and they do not have a root in them but they are temporary, then (after) pressure or persecution having come-to-pass because-of the word immediately they are caused-offense; and others are the (people) being sown into the thorns, these are the (people) having heard the word and the anxieties of the age and the deceit of the wealth and the intense-yearnings concerning the remaining-things journeying-into (them) strangle-together the word and becomes fruitless; and these are the (people) on the earth, the beautiful (earth), having been sown, the-people-who hear the word and accept (it) and bear-fruit one thirty and one sixty and one hundred."
